Eligibility: Open to all. Entry fee: $1 at the door. Content: No offensive, defamatory, violent, or discriminatory content. Props: Safe props only. No sharp objects, real weapons, or anything posing risk. Any faux firearms must have an orange tip. Conduct: Respect for all is mandatory. Disruptive behavior results in disqualification. Judging: Based on creativity, craftsmanship. Judges' decisions are final. Photography: Entry grants photo use for promotions by organizers. Breaking rules may result in disqualification.
